Crow Fair – Saturday 14th July

Please see the sign up sheet going up this week for help on the stall, can I also point out the fantastic prizes that we have in the raffle these include: 2 x Chester zoo (adult), family ticket to cotebrook shire horse centre, 2 brio leisure passes, cut & blow by capelli salon, 2xCineworld tickets, 2 x roller club, MFA bowling centre Crewe, UA trampoline park, viva coffee voucher, subway voucher.

So please keep selling those tickets. Please can we ask for any donations of any bottles and toys.

End of year Disco – Sunday 8th July 3pm – 5 pm

Hosted in the village hall, this is open to siblings too and will be entry by ticket only (due to catering numbers) £2 per child which includes a hot dog, drink and a cake. Please see Auntie Sam for tickets.

Bonus Ball

This is a very easy way for you to help our funds and possibly win something too. There are some numbers still available, Contact Annelise Whalley for more information. Numbers cost £1.00 each. If you would like to set up a standing order please speak to Auntie Gill or Annelise for details.

Many of you may use the internet for your shopping. Why not make your purchases as you normally would, but raise money for the Pre-School at the same time? At no cost to you! Simply log on to www.easyfundraising.org.uk and register Moulton Pre-School as your chosen charity. Don’t be alarmed if you can only find Moulton Pre-School, Northwich that is us! The website has links for hundreds of on-line stores including eBay, Amazon, John Lewis, Toys R Us, ELC, Argos and many more. The online stores will indicate how much they will donate to the charity of your choice.

Why Do We Fundraise? - And Ways You Can All Help

Fundraising is essential for our local Pre-School. We rely on the voluntary work of the committee members, along with the generosity of supporters to help fund their existence. This helps to improve standards, equipment and the environment for your child.

Every penny we raise goes back into the Pre-School to replace worn or broken books, toys and craft essentials as we are not a business and we are not about making a profit.

About Pre School

Session Places

We offer places for 36 children in any one session, in the lovely location of St Stephens Church Hall and we have our own large, secure, outdoor play area. Please see our Ofsted inspection reports. we are supported by our wonderful staff members, five qualified at degree level and all others to NVQ Level 3 or working towards.

Funded Places

Funded places are available for all 3-4yr olds and now some 2yr-olds can also get funded childcare. To see if you qualify contact your nearest children's centre. We also accept 30 hours funding. 30 hours free childcare - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk) Please follow the link to see if you qualify.

Educational Visits

We also have visits from people who help us in the community, like police, fire officers and nurses and have important links to Moulton primary School. Our Pre-schoolers also feed into many other schools in the area including Davenham CE, Kingsmead, and Winsford Schools.

Active Involvement

Parents of children who attend pre-school are encouraged to become actively involved by joining the committee. Many committee members even stay on to support the group for long after their children have moved on to "big" school.
